Away Game Adventure: Jr. Blazers vs. Chilliwack A2 🏒🚗
Jeff ChangYesterday, we hit the road for an away game against the Chilliwack A2 team. While the long drive left me feeling ravenous, the experience was absolutely worth it! From the hospitality to the thrilling hockey action, Chilliwack left a lasting impression on me.
When we arrived at the rink, we were greeted by two incredible young players, J and his friend O. These two were not only helpful but also exemplified kindness and respect—true credit to their parents for raising such decent young men. 🙌👏 Their warm welcome set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable day.
The rink’s concession stand was another highlight! 🌭 I treated myself to a killer chili dog for just $5, and it did not disappoint. The old couple running the stand added a personal touch with their friendly smiles and warm service—small-town hospitality at its finest. 🥰
On the ice, the Jr. Blazers gave it their all and came out victorious 🎉, but I have to commend the Chilliwack A2 team. They demonstrated incredible teamwork and sportsmanship, making it a great game to watch and photograph. Their spirit and camaraderie were so inspiring that I couldn’t resist capturing some moments for them as well. 📸✨
Overall, it was more than just a game—it was a day filled with great people, good food, and unforgettable memories. 🏒❤️ I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Chilliwack. Stay tuned for photos from the game, and thank you to both teams for such a fantastic experience!
